Returns

We gladly accept returns in exchange for store credit only. Items must be returned within 14 days from delivery unused and in the same condition you received. After 14 days, we cannot accept the return.

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee your package will be received with your returned item. Please make sure to keep your tracking number! 

Please allow 3-5 business days for returns to be processed. You will be issued a store credit code via email. If you do not receive a code within 5 business days, contact us at klothco870@gmail.com

Sale items, accessories and shoes are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged.
